Just so you'll know
For about the last thirty years I've been carrying my Gibson LG-1 (6 string acoustic) around in a full sized dreadnought case. I always had to keep a folded up towel in the case to keep it from rattling around. Yesterday I finally got a new case for my 49 yr old guitar. This classical case is a really good fit, seems to be well made and I think will provide much more security in terms of fit. So although it is listed as a classical case it might fit other models as well. If I would change anything I would put some funky color lining in it, but this lining is dye-free which is better in the long run. I printed out a page so I could show Marc which case I wanted, went in the Acoustic room and it was right there in front of the desk. I also saved $10.00 by printing the coupon. The North Charlotte store is GREAT !

Good for Sale price, not worth full price
Case was very poor quality compared to Gibson case that was only a few dollars more from Sweetwater. Case arived with a broken latch...fixed with pliers, but NOT pretty. Lid and case do NOT allign well. hard to open/close. Feels cheap and flimsy. Probably worth the sale price, but not worth full GuitarCenter price.

It's a hard case what more can you ask. Lol. It does the job and has a nice soft inside. I'd buy one again.

I bought this case on sale on Black Friday, and was hoping it would be a great bargain case. Turns out, it is a very good quality case! It fits my Yamaha APX 600 Thinline perfectly. I would highly recommend it.

Hi are the dimensions for the upper and lower bout correct for this case? All the others are about 15" for the lower and 12" for the upper. However, this one says 19" for the lower and 17" for the upper..??But it's also listed differently so I'm wondering if this is a mistake and perhaps reflecting the outer dimensions? Instead of the Inner? Or do these measurements not take the plush into consideration?
