Reverend Double Agent OG Rosewood Fingerboard Electric Guitar Silver Freeze

Description
The Reverend Double Agent OG is a solidbody electric guitar with a korina body and rosewood fingerboard. The Double Agent OG, Reverend's original guitar, features a mahogany-like richness and warmth, along with a comfortable medium-oval neck and 22-fret fingerboard. Its heat-treated neck provides head-turning looks and rock-solid stability. The HA5 Alnico V bridge humbucker packs extra windings for added drive and punch, while the 9A5 neck P-90-style single-coil pickup provides an extra dose of modern clarity. The Double Agent OG lets hardtail fans switch effortlessly between powerful and cool tones—and when its pickups are combined, the result is a unique depth-meets-twang unlike anything else.
Powerful Bridge Humbucker for Added Drive
The Double Agent OG's Alnico V-loaded bridge humbucker features additional windings for boosted drive and punch. This high-output pickup provides a bold, aggressive tone perfect for hard rock and heavy styles of music.
Cool Neck P-90 Pickup for Modern Clarity
The 9A5 neck P-90-style single-coil pickup gives the Double Agent OG an extra dose of clarity and articulation. This pickup captures the characteristic midrange bark and crisp highs of a P-90, providing a clear, punchy tone ideal for a variety of musical applications.
Combined Pickups for Unique Depth and Twang
When used together, the Double Agent OG's bridge humbucker and neck P-90 create a tone that blends powerful depth and twangy articulation. This combination of full, driven humbucker warmth and edgy single-coil cut allows for a diverse range of tones unattainable with each pickup individually.
Additional Premium Features
The Double Agent OG also includes a bass contour control to tighten low end and re-voice pickups, a treble bleed circuit to preserve high end when rolling back volume, Reverend's pin-lock tuners for stability and fast string changes and a 6-bolt neck plate for added sustain.

Don't Overlook Reverend

The two previous Reverend guitars I bought-the Contender model, one with P-90's and another with Retro Blast PU's-were perfect right out of the box. This one was not. Several frets buzz and the input jack is very tight. The Periwinkle Burst color can take on different shades from silver burst to purple. This guitar sounds like a Tele on steroids. Still has twang. Cheaper cases will fit this guitar other than Reverend's own case. The neck is similar to a Fender modern C but has more shoulder, Can't believe these guitars are not more popular.
Plays great and looks sooooo cool!

I'm an acoustic guitar person and I don't have experience with electrics, but have been looking and looking for something other than a Fender or Gibson shaped guitar. I'm 56 wanted to something different. Anyway, I love and recommend getting one. And the Fender Mustang GTX50 amp is incredible! And my wife approves this message...lol
