This Conga head from Remo is really good. Its durable, strong, and sounds professional. The only down side is that it gets kinda oily with the sweat on your hands. Rubbing it off with a dry towel usually fixes it. Overall really good.

I found these skins after searching for something that did well cutting through with a live band. These do the job perfectly. I now don't have to kill my hands in a gig. You can barely touch it and get nice sound out of it with no effort. It may take time to adjust if you are used to playing natural skin because it will definitely change your sound. The best part that I love about this product is that I don't have to tune my conga as much. Weather and other conditions do not effect this. If you are a gigging player, these skins are a must. Sometimes you don't have time to tune your set and the show must go on. As for the sound, I get great slaps on my quinto. It almost sounds like a snare drum. It's dope!
