Bought this as a guitar to leave at work but love it
I had an hour lunch break to kill at my last job nursing job. I bought this to leave at work to practice on. I bought this thinking it would be just a cheap work guitar so if someone stole it, I wouldn't cry over it. I own several expensive guitars. Well, I left that job and keep this little guitar at my bedside and love it. It's so small, lightweight and stays in tune. It's very comfortable for small hands and wrists. I highly recommend it. I noticed a reviewer..Derek...bashed it in two reviews here after boasting he owned 16 guitars. Why did he buy one at this price point if he is a professional? This beginner parlor guitar does more than I imagined at such a rock-bottom price. In terms of style and visual appearance, I love the look of the entire 30s and 37 series and will most likely buy another. It's more fun and comfortable to play than my Baby Taylor.

I bought this guitar on a whim thinking it'd be a cool little parlor guitar. It definitely looks the part but sounds cheap and is very cheaply made. It's one of about sixteen other guitars I own so it only got played once every three months or so and, when played, only played for an hour or so. Under slightly reduced string tension (was tuned to open G), it lasted about six months. The bridge separated from the body while just sitting in a guitar rack. Guess you get what you pay for. I've learned my lesson and should've gone with something manufactured a bit better. Out of all the guitars I've ever owned, this one isn't worth repairing and will be the first ever trashed.

Bought as a gift for my niece to learn on. Guitar was setup great out of the box. She loves the look and feel of a Single 0 or Double 0 guitar. Tried a few others in the same price range and after playing some Robert Johnson licks on it I told her its the one I would choose. I on a Recording King Swamp Dog Resonator and am impressed with what this company is doing.
Best "beater" guitar ever!

I've had this little guy for at least 4 years now, and I love it! I initially got it because I wanted a guitar that wasn't quite as precious as my small-body Martin so that I could just toss it in the backseat when I was going to friends' houses for the weekend. But gradually it has become my go-to guitar for playing around the house, and now my Martin mostly just hangs on the wall looking pretty. The neck feels great, and it has a very even, balanced sound — not at all boomy like a dreadnaught guitar. If you haven't played a parlor guitar before, I would suggest trying one first; it's not going to project with the same volume as a full-size guitar, so if you're in a jam with more "enthusiastic" players, it won't cut through as much. But for finger-style playing, it's fantastic, and the price is amazing for such a solid little guitar!
