    The bag itself is very nice. It seems to have a very sturdy construction and easily fits my flute case with a bit of room (an inch or so) to spare. The front pocket nicely fits other accessories like flute stand (the slim kind) and my emergency repair kit (hook and mini screw drivers). The downside is that the strap is attached to the bag with wire-like loops, rather that the sturdier stainless steel hooks I was hoping for. But I can easily replace it. Bottom line: good buy, highly recommended!

    bought this case to supplement my flute hardcase for easy carrying. It works great for what I need, nice design and offers plenty of room for extra stuff on the outside compartment area. I would recommend it, but keep in mind that this is in addition to your existing hardcase.

    Are the dimensions listed the interior or exterior dimensions? I have a Yamaha "student" case with a c-foot. I ordered a different case cover (from a diff manufacturer and vendor) that said it was 16" but it did not fit my 16" case so I assume they were interior dimensions.
