Proline

collapse expand iconDescription

The Proline SPS502 speaker stand 2-pack with carrying bag is the ideal way to elevate your PA speakers for live performances or presentations. This heavy-duty speaker stand set includes two telescoping tripod stands constructed of rugged steel tubing able to support speakers up to 120 pounds each.

Built Tough for the Road

Whether you're gigging across town or touring the country, the Proline SPS502 speaker stands are ready for the journey. The tripod bases provide maximum stability on any surface while still collapsing for compact storage in the included carrying bag. Rubber feet prevent slipping while also protecting floors and the locking knobs securely fasten the inner and outer tubes at your desired height. These road-ready stands can handle the demands of frequent setup, takedown and transit without sacrificing an ounce of strength or dependability.

Adapts to Your Needs

The adjustable and extendable design of the Proline SPS502 speaker stands provides the flexibility to suit your specific PA system and space. The inner tube glides smoothly within the outer tube, allowing incremental height changes with 11 adjustment holes for precise speaker height placement. For more permanent installations, the locking knobs can be fully tightened to fix the height in place. The tripod bases also expand and collapse, so you can open or close the stance to fit your speakers' size and shape.

Conveniently Portable

While the Proline SPS502 speaker stands are highly durable for professional use, they are also designed for easy transport and storage. Whenever you need to pack up your PA, simply collapse the stands to their most compact size, bundle the cables and place everything in the carrying bag for protected portability.

Great inexpensive stands for stationary applications

For an at home studio or somewhere you aren't going to be tightening and untightening, these work great. They are very sturdy, the clutches just seem a little flimsy and probably would break after a while. I have them locked in where they are going to stay in a practice space and they are perfectly stable. I really like that you can change the width of the legs if you need to sacrifice some stability for space (or vice versa) and the bar the inserts into the top seems like a nice touch in case the clutch ever were to give out. For the price (stupid deal), these are a steal for the right application.

Avoid these stands - flawed design

I was hoping these would be nice, but they essentially broke the minute that I used them. Upon unboxing, the bag's zipper got stuck and felt cheap. Not a good sign. After I got the first stand set up, it seemed okay, although it was a lot of plastic for the price. The second stand was entirely destroyed when I removed it from the packaging. The molded plastic bits in the center of the stand have metal hardware screwing into them, and those parts were all blown to bits somewhere in transit. Unfortunately, this seems designed to fail. Returned immediately. Disappointed by the entire experience and by the product's quality, especially considering the high price.

They seem pretty sturdy, but the clamps do feel a bit on the cheap side. They have a kinda cheap plastic feel, so be careful not over tighten them. I use them to hold up 45 lbs speakers and they feel sturdy and solid.

I bought a pair of these Proline SPS502 Speaker Stands to mount my Electro-Voice ZLX-12P G2 speakers. They are very stable with multiple height and width adjustments. Be sure to set them up first before mounting the speakers, I know there is always that one time you want to take a shortcut. I easily set them up alone. They appear durable, solid and well made. easily carried in the supplied bag. #sweepstakes

Assuming that it will hold up a couple of 15" Yamaha monitors. Probably not any good for pole dancing. YMMV

If they have the mounts for it. Most monitors are not designed for stands like this.
