PreSonus—Studio Series USB-C Audio Interfaces feat. Briana Tyson

Description
The PreSonus Studio Series 24c is the ideal portable interface for solo vocalists, mobile musicians, guitarists, podcasters and livestreaming. Compact and ready to record anytime, the bus-powered Studio 24c is a complete all-in-one recording studio that can go anywhere. Studio 24c is both Mac and Windows compatible, and can record at extremely high audio sampling rates for incredible detail and depth. There are two inputs with XMAX-L solid-sate mic preamps, perfect for recording up to two sources simultaneously. You also get PreSonus’ award-winning Studio One Artist and Studio Magic Plug-in Suite software so you can start creating immediately.

Comprehensive connectivity
The Studio 24c is compact, but has all of the features you'd expect and more from an interface in its class. There are two combo mic/instrument/line inputs on the front of the unit with +48V phantom power to accommodate your favorite condenser mics. Input gain knobs will keep hot signal levels in check and give you complete control when recording. There are two balanced 1/4" TRS, line-level outputs with level control for accurate monitoring. The front panel also features a mix knob so you can control the balance between the analog input and computer playback for low-latency monitoring when recording. There’s even built-in MIDI connectivity, which is not commonly found on an interface of this size. Connect your keyboard, sound module or control surface directly to the Studio 24c to expand your mobile or studio setup.

Small size, superior sound
Studio 24c is designed for home studios, but built for the road. No matter what environment you find yourself in, you’ll always have clean, ultra-high-def sound in a bus-powered, rugged unit. Track your sources through a pair of PreSonus’ professional-grade XMAX-L mic preamps with high-quality converters on every input and output on the Studio 24c. With sampling rates that go all the way up to 192kHz, you’ll be able to capture complex musical harmonics smoothly and naturally, with no audible distortion. While it’s a perfect companion for any recording software, the Studio 24c and included Studio One Artist provide you with a complete, affordable, home and mobile recording solution. Whether you're just getting into recording or are a veteran producer who wants to go mobile, Studio 24c will be a perfect fit.

Yes, Yes and Yes I would buy this product AGAIN!!!
I love this product use to own a older presonus vsl audio box and i decided I wanted to give focusrite a try and that did not last long so I went back presonus and I am really happy I did. The sound is sharp clear and the pre amp is awesome also the way it was built and the color they chose is great I love everything about it and so much so that I am soon and I do mean really soon going to upgrade to the presonus 1824c which offers more and better connections and options for a great price for my studio setup. Thanks presonus for doing me and others proud great job on the new line I'm really thrilled. The set up process was easy although I do feel that their should or could be an easier way to install all of the plugins besides that I have absolutely no complaints.

Garbage Unit
I bought this product hoping to correct a problem I had in Studio One with dropouts, popping, cracking, and latency. I figured, Presonus to Presonus. It has to work, right? Boy, was I wrong! I've owned a number of interfaces and this is by far the worst I've used. The problems began right out of the box. I registered the unit and setup was no problem until I chose my product from the drop down menu in Studio One. I found the product in the list and was immediately met with a message stating the unit failed to initialize. After working for about an hour, I finally discovered that changing USB ports worked. I was able to use the unit with no problem. It didn't fix my original issue, but the unit worked fine. Until the next time I tried to use it. Although the USB cable was plugged into the same port where it finally worked before, I again received the "failed to initialize" error message. I shut down Studio One, chose a different port, and went through the opening menus and drop-downs again. Nothing. Shut down again, choose a different port. After choosing multiple ports and troubleshooting to assure there was nothing wrong with my USB ports, I tried again and finally got it working. I shut down again and re-opened. Failed to initialize again. Went through the entire process and finally got it working. I tried using it a couple times after that, with the same process each time. Rinse. Repeat. And it wasn't as if changing from one port to another solved the issue immediately. I would try each USB port I have maybe 3 or 4 times, each time going through the process of shutting down Studio One, changing ports, re-opening the software, choosing it from the menu and it may or may not work. That's unacceptable. I don't want to begin every session having to resolve a troubleshooting issue beforehand. I'm also in the market for a larger interface, but you can bet it won't be Presonus. If your low-end stuff is garbage, it's hard to make the argument that moving up to a higher-end product will help. On another note, I wish to address a serious design flaw in the unit. Who thought it a great idea to put the headphone jack on the back of the unit? It's okay to put things like speaker cables, MIDI, power cables, etc, back there. They're set it and forget it, but there are times when you may want to use different types of headphones and the back of a unit can be a chore for many of us to get to. That's a serious design flaw. Sure, you can make the argument this is a lower-end device, but there are options out there that include a headphone jack on the front that is easily accessible.

I haven't really dug deep into this little machine yet. But I did plug a Strat into it and I was very impressed at the clarity it has. So I'm thinking I am gonna really like this thing. I will say this. If you already have a DAW, You now have another one.
Too new to rate it 5 stars

Bought this product from Guitar Center, C24 will not work with Windows 11. Bought 2 year extended warranty, been 4 months and Guitar Center will not honor replacement warranty. They have worked on it twice . Still doesn't work. Going to try to get them to replace it one more time before seeking counsel on this matter.

I use this for guitar with a DAW and use the outputs to stereo monitors. Sounds great and easy to avoid clipping.
