    Use it on my ocean turquoise gretsch which is a 6lb guitar. The strap doesn't dig into my shoulder like cheaper ones. No locking mechanism but so far it seems to be holding on tight.

    it's a beautiful strap and very soft and comfortable.She really loves the way it looks and feels. I only buy Perri's straps and now she is sure to do the same. I recommend these straps to everyone who plays. They are great quality, made well and look great! I now have about 20 straps. They are pretty affordable!
