    The squishy foam like material that makes up the majority of this strap is awesome. It looks fine, its just a really dark grey, but if you turn it over its green. Unless your axe weighs a ton, this strap will almost completely take the load of your shoulders For some reason, mine doesn't have the weird end tying thing, but either way, this is still an epic strap.
