I love it. This sounds way better than an 'intermediate' line cymbal. I've had this cymbal for 3 months now and love it. I also just got the paiste 900 series 16" heavy crash and love it too. I also love how it feels. I have an old B8X 18" rock crash, and you really have to dig into that just to get a good sound and it doesn't feel nice, where as the Paiste is really responsive and feels nice. I love Paiste.

  • 16" Good but not what I needed

The 16" inch crash sounds great on its own and for the price it's unbeatable. However, if you are playing rock/metal with a band you will notice you cannot cut through the mix very well. There is not enough volume for the cymbal in loud environments. If you need volume, go 17" or 18".
