5" & 6" 2002 Cup Chimes

(weight: 0.3 & 0.45 pounds respectively) Produces a bright "ting" sound and the sustain you can hear in the sound files doesn't really come up on the mix. The 5" accompanies the 6" very sweetly. They are amazing accent cymbals and i am planning on getting a 8". The zilbel sucks big time in compare with the 2002 cup chimes. I sold it as soon as i first played the cup chimes. the difference being the sustain, the zil's sustain will come up in the mix during soft passages but the paiste cup chimes don't project their sustain on the mix, and that's what i have always wanted from a cup chime type of cymbal. the 2002 cup chimes produce a very sweet tone that every drummer will enjoy in soft to medium volume levels, its a must try accent for anyone looking to add more color to their setup.
