PRS
Description
The PRS SE Standard 24 is an outstanding first guitar that could become your last. It faithfully recreates the foundational design of the Custom 24, the flagship model from PRS. The body is all mahogany; the maple neck has a rosewood fretboard, graced with trademark PRS bird inlays.

Sonically, the SE Standard 24 is superior with dual 85/15 "S" humbuckers. They'll handle any musical style you throw at them. Same story for the PRS patented molded tremolo—work it hard or soft, it's always smooth. In a nutshell, SE Standard 24 is a modern instrument with a powerful voice. If you're looking for a solid, reliable guitar with style, you can't do better.

This guitar is very versatile. The pull switch tone knob for single coil or humbucker action is great! The tone on the pickups is right between a les paul and strat. Tremolo is good and easy to adjust if needed. Very smooth and easy access to all 24 frets. If you want to play metal, you can do it with this guitar but it will require cutting mids more than normal. I love it and I traded an ESP LTD for this. Did not regret at all. Blue is a deep blue like an ultra marine blue. Loving it!

Great guitar for the price. After a few tunings, which is to be expected, stays in tune, easy action, and seems to not need a setup. The factory setup was great. Cosmetically, no flaws anywhere. Neck inlays are nice and tight, no gaps, no scratches, decent tuners. Very satisfied with the Cherry Red, looks beautiful. Tobacco Sunburst was no longer available.

Picked this up because I wanted something affordable with a trem and as general use guitar. I can not say how blown away I am by this guitar. The build is immaculate, it sounds fantastic and the comfort playability rivals anything else I have ever play. At this price, this is a no brainer!

I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio that I love but this thing is like the Swiss army knife of guitars. 24 frets, coil splitting and a great tremolo system. Basically it does everything my Les Paul doesn't. I was blown away by how good this guitar is not for the money but in general. It holds its own with American made instruments.
