What a great guitar. The new scale length and reduced neck size plays easily. It sustains well and the finish is beautiful.
Yes I would buy it again

As another reviewer mentioned, I've owned and still own several LP's, Strats and Tele. All high end, American made guitars. I picked this PRS SE Santana in Cherry red up and can't believe the playability! I've always liked the look of PRS guitars and this might just be the best looking one I've seen. Fit and finish is top notch and plays great. I'll also confirm there is sustain for days! Just awesome!!
This is a steal !

I've been playing since the Beatles came out and have owned over a dozen really good guitars. A number of Gibson LP, SG 61 reissue, and a number of top Fender Strats and Tele's, including the Clapton strat, and the 700 dollar version of the Santana SE.. This is by far equal in quality and finish to any I've owned. I like the Vintage Cherry much more than my yellow Santana and Heritage Cherry on the SG. . The pickups are fine and sustain for days. The neck is wider but not really fat. I have normal hands and this is really comfortable and fast to play. I've never had more sustain. The setup was perfect right out of the box and I only put different strings on it. At this price this has to be the biggest steal in the industry. I highly recommend it. Thanks to GC too. You won't go wrong with this one.
a good solid back up or workhorse

all of their products as far as I am concern, prove that there can be good quality at every level, the details and finishing, playability , setup all was very well done, just some minor tweaking to get it working and sounding as I wanted, but there is very little to complain about this or any of their products, I will say that definitely performs higher than the price tag of this brand and others
