So far so good!

I bought this throne over 3 years ago because the cheap throne that came with my kit finally broke during a show! It has a lot more padding than my previous throne, and my butt is thankful. Also, it's not very bulky. It fits in my rolling hardware case with ease. It's not the nicest or comfiest throne, but it has served me well. Also, at the price, I'd be willing to buy it again if it were to ever fail. Those gushy monster thrones are nice, but I'm not exactly trying to relax while I'm playing...

Unless you're on a tight budget, take a pass!

I was on a tight budget after buying an electronic drum kit and I still needed a drum throne, so I just grabbed the cheapest one. Don't! Just don't skimp out on quality here. The throne is usable, but the seat will actually start rotating if you move too much and the bolt can no longer hold it in place. Also, the description here never actually tells you, but this sits you at about 20-25 inches. 20 inches, for me, is still too high (I am 5' 8") and it highly affects the way I push down on the pedals.
