Orange Amplifiers
Description
The Orange O Bass returns after its initial 2015 run with a series of big and small tweaks, continuing to establish itself as an easy-playing, colorful and versatile bass guitar. It retains its classic single-cutaway body shape and split-coil pickup, which is positioned slightly more neckward than most other basses for better producing a deep, warm growl. You can explore a range of diverse tone options—a softer touch takes to you Motown with earthy R&B overtones, or dig in deeper and get a harmonic grind that recalls the early days of rock ‘n’ roll. Alternatively, roll back the tone knob and revel in clouds of mellow dub and laid-back reggae.

The O Bass now includes binding around the instrument for a premium feel, and a black headstock for a timeless, classic look. It features a body made from west African okoume wood, a fingerboard of durable purpleheart, and fretwork and neck molding retooled with playability in mind. The overall effect is a superbly balanced instrument whether it’s played standing or seated, with tremendous ease in jumping around the neck and achieving funky octave swoops. Additional appointments include a dual-action truss rod, maple neck and open-gear tuners. Comes with a padded gig bag with the Orange logo.

Are the knobs on the bass good/high quality, knobs are really important to me on a bass and I hate when they feel uneven or bad.
