It's good if you can't splurge for laviers, but at that point, you should really be looking at dual earsets. Good if religiously taken care of.
A robust construction and clear sound quality.

I use these for a Microsoft Teams Room with the Shure NextGen2 system. They work well with overhead recessed speakers and are easy to use and set up. The microphone case is compact and stores well in any drawer. The end user is happy with the quality, and I will continue to use this model on future rooms.

Started working as sound engineer for a new church that had six of these in a closet (they only had used them for special events). I decided to give them a try on two separate occasions. They feedback so early it is unusable. Our pastor uses a different omnidirectional mic, and we don't have this much issue. Running the room to average only 74dB. There isn't enough you can do "ringing out" the mics to make these functional. Stay FAR away from this mic

if the silicon protector moves just enough, the brittle thin gauge wire is very susceptible to breaking, but if it stays working, it sounds great.
