This compact yet robust 1,000W 2-way loudspeaker features a 12" woofer and a 1.75" compression driver to deliver a wide frequency response and high SPL in a small package. With onboard DSP and multiple input options including XLR, 1/4" and RCA, the KW122 offers simple plug and play connectivity and sound quality that will transform any venue into an immersive sonic experience.

1,000W of Power in a Portable Enclosure

Despite its compact size, the KW122 packs an incredible 1,000W of peak power to provide more than enough volume for any gig. The internal Class-D power amplifier and efficient components allow for such a high power rating without sacrificing portability. Weighing in at just under 50lb., the KW122 can easily be transported in a small van or SUV and set up in minutes using the built-in pole mount and optional floor monitor wedge kit.

Premium Transducers Deliver Wide, Accurate Frequency Response

At the heart of the KW122 are high-performance transducers designed to reproduce the full audible frequency spectrum. The 12" low-frequency woofer features a lightweight, weather-resistant cone and 2" voice coil, providing tight, controlled bass down to 50 Hz. The 1.75" compression driver offers a smooth, natural sounding high end up to 20 kHz. When coupled, these premium components deliver a wide, transparent frequency response perfect for reproducing vocals, instruments, and high-definition program material.

Flexible Connectivity and Onboard DSP

With XLR, 1/4" and RCA inputs as well as XLR loop-thru, the KW122 seamlessly integrates into any audio system. Onboard DSP provides system protection, crossover management, and three EQ modes (Flat, Boost and Vocal) to optimize the speaker for various applications and more.

Road-Ready and Built to Last

Like all QSC products, the KW122 is designed and built to the highest standards of reliability and durability. The plywood enclosure is coated in a rugged textured finish and reinforced with internal bracing. All components are carefully selected to withstand the demanding conditions of touring and installation to deliver high-performance sound for years to come.

    Professional DJ for almost 10 years and these worked the best out of many different set up situations, and other brands. Love the K series also, but they diminish greatly outdoors, as these still have the headroom. Paired with the 18's and you're there! Yes there is a difference with the wood cabinets- and they're bulky/heavy but totally worth it with the extra warmth in sound.

    I can't understand all the great reviews from so many different websites. I think companies hire people to write great reviews for garbage. Before I purchased, I had read several reviews claiming this cab sounded great for keyboards, full range, big bass, clarity, smooth top end, etc. I called QSC to ask for advice, and they said this would sound great with keyboards. In fact, they told me this would sound much better than the CP12 and K12.2. It sounds terrible. First, 1000 watts? I don't think so. Had the volume at about 2 o'clock and my keyboard volume at 12 (in my living room). It was only bedroom volume. Also, it sounds very one-dimensional, with brash highs and a low end that sounds like an AM radio from the '70s. For comparison sake, I played this next to a Yamaha DXR15. You might think I'm comparing apples to oranges, but I'm not. Both weigh between 49-50 pounds, and the Yamaha is $200 cheaper. Yamaha wattage rated at 700 and this 1000. The Yamaha blows this thing away. My gripe with Yamaha is that the customer service is absolutely terrible. They can't handle technical questions, and then they get angry with you and hang up.

    QSC makes top quality products. I had the QSC KW153 set and they are outstanding in every respect. I bought the KW 122 set to primarily use as monitors, but they can also be turned around and added to support the KW153 set with sub later if desired. Based on my personal experience, I will always try QSC products first because of the quality results I have had so far. When a new product comes out PA speakers wise, I find myself comparing it to my QSC products. Their are other quality products out there but I haven't heard anything that will make me switch yet. Kinda like you'really a Ford over Chevy guy, or Matrin over Taylor guitare guy... all quality products just one is better for you in particular.
