    I don't usually buy this brand but it was the only one I could find that I liked. Unfortunately, when it came it was defective. That can happen sometimes I understand that. However, there was some time that when by because I kept forgetting to let them know. I thought about it one day and when through there website and sent them a email through their contact us link and submit all necessary information. Describe the problem I was having with the cable. A week when by without a word back. I thought that I'd probably just have to buy another cable. At the end of that week I started out the door and there stood UPS. I got to looking at the package and it was my cable. They had to have seen my message and sent the cable straight out. I was so surprised. They really did uphold their warranty and they were fast about replacing it. I will order more from them without worry and I will also recommend them to family and friends. Pig Hog you have earned my respect and business.
