This 20 watt tube combo from Jet City is a single channel dynamo, and is an amazing value - assuming you are looking for what it offers. Pros: Good distortion tone. Loud, enough for me to gig out. Portable. Well built chassis. CHEAP. Cons: Meh 'clean' sounds / pretty low headroom. Doesn't like to 'chug' on palm muting. Reverb is tough to get into the sweet spot. Knobs and switches feel cheap. Tube are mounted directly on the circuit board. Tubes are not the greatest. Speaker is not the greatest. Wrap up: This amp works for what I need: One solid sounding dirty channel that I can 'clean up' with my volume knob. If you need a pristine clean or more than one channel, I would pay a little more and get something else. Some say this sounds a lot like an SLO - I wouldn't go that far, lol. It doesn't quite get to the metal arena, especially if you want to play chug monkey stuff, and is a bit grittier. But for the price, I am pretty pleased. Disclosure - my first JC amp had problems so I returned it - tube related. The new one seems better. A keeper.

I am an old guy and I have owned a lot of amps in my day and I will have to say this amp is everything they say it is. Jet City will also back-up there amps. I had an issue with the power light on an older amp that I bought used and I sent them an e-mail to try to buy one and believe it or not they sent me the whole assembley free of charge. There are few companies today that operate like that so buy with confidence. JET CITY ALL THE WAY.
