    I have a pair of vic firth sound dampening/isolation headphones that (to me) are far superior. When I put these on they 1. Didn't feel like they were really fitting well. And 2 and most importantly let WAY too much sound in. I was very disappointed.

    I LOVE these headphones. They are great to throw in your carry on bag and wear on airplanes to block out screaming children and have a nap... or even in the office to help concentrate and quiet the place down! I have a couple of friends who work with autistic children and they say that these make all the difference in the world. Their productivity, concentration and confidence soars with these puppies on.
