So i ordered this H2O and paid for new one but received an open box non working, or half way working demo model. The light was so dim it couldn't show visible light in your hand from one foot away. Totally does goofy things when you try to use the IR remote such as blackout only causes the color wheel and the gobo wheel to stop, not black out. Sending it back. I ordered another one because i really wanted one and the second came in (purchased NEW again) and it worked ok but was another open box. The box it came in had all the accessories but the box was recently freshly taped up different from original manufacturers taping. Also the 43 degree lens was broken clean in half. Again prolly another open box demo substitution for a new model. I don't understand this. This is not how you treat long time customer.

  • Awesome effect and full stage light

It's great allows me to play at night and see neck of guitar yet not a spot or direct light. It does weigh more than other three lights on my light bar which leans bar but still stable.
