The Alesis Nitro Mesh Kit is a complete 8-piece electronic drum set centered around next-generation Alesis mesh-head drum technology. Mesh heads are the unanimous preference of electronic drummers for their natural feel and ultraquiet response. The Nitro Mesh Kit gives you an 8" dual-zone mesh snare drum and three 8" mesh toms. It includes everything else you need to make a complete drum kit: three 10" cymbals, custom-designed Alesis hi-hat pedal and kick pedal, and a durable 4-post aluminum rack. Alesis also includes all the cabling, a power supply and drum key for easy setup. All of this connects to their legendary Nitro electronic drum module, which has hundreds of drum and percussion sounds, 40 drum kits and 60 built-in play-along tracks. And, as all drummers demand, it has an AUX input to connect a smartphone or music player for instant practice and accompaniment.

The Nitro Mesh Kit's mesh drum heads provide an authentic response for drummers of any skill level. The 8" dual-zone mesh snare pad transitions seamlessly from standard strokes to rimshots, while the three 8" mesh tom pads allow for fast, natural playing. The mesh heads are tunable, so drummers can customize rebound and sensitivity for their perfect playing response. The mesh heads are also significantly quieter than traditional drum pads, enabling after-hours practice without disturbing others.

Premium Sound Module Packed With Options

The Nitro drum module provides 40 ready-to-play drum kits and 385 drum and cymbal sounds for any musical style. It features 60 built-in play-along tracks, a metronome, sequencer and performance recorder to help drummers hone their skills. An aux input allows drummers to connect a smartphone or music player to play along with their favorite songs. USB and MIDI connections provide options to trigger virtual instruments and recording software. The module also has MIDI in and out ports to connect directly to standalone MIDI gear.
