Description

The Numark TT500 Turntable is a first-class turntable for the professional DJ who demands uncompromised quality construction while not requiring digital implementation. The ultrahigh torque (5.0 kgf/cm) quartz-controlled direct drive motor is the ultimate in quiet reliability. The interchangeable aluminum tone arm system includes both straight and S-shaped tone arms. The Numark TT500 is highly responsive with instant reverse and adjustable start and brake speeds. Powder-coated steel top, rubberized base.
Anti-drag aluminum platter reduces excess rotating friction. User-replaceable pitch fader.
Removable aluminum super-bright LED target light and strobe. Precise cue, height, and anti-skate adjustments. ±8, 10, 20 and 50% selectable pitch ranges. Turntable speeds include 33, 45, and 78rpm, plus reverse.

    Garbage product. Cheaply made. Too many plastic parts. I have an 80$ deck that has more metal parts than this junk pile. Tone arm lift breaks too easily. Torque IS NOT comparable to a technics and I'm tired of hearing this in reviews. It's weak at best. Tone arms are cheaply made. Deck has next to nothing labeled so good luck trying to set it up properly. Save your money for something better.

    This is comparable to the Technics 1200 (it is still the industry standard). You'll be amazed how strong the torque is that you're going to need a pair of Butter Rugs to spin. So if you're a scratch head, this is a good turntable for you.
