I bought this mic at the same time I purchased a Sterling cardioid; this one came a day early. First a noticed the stand, which seemed cheaply made and destined to break. Then I noted that the mic mount(s) had plastic threads, which were destined to crack. The mic itself felt too light, flimsy even. The sound was hot -- way, way hot. I played with it for about 30 minutes then carefully packed it back up in its box to return. The Sterling by contrast felt solid in my hands, had a very clear signal, and the accessories were all better built and more heavy duty.
