Great Product

I really like the low profile and price, its decent in weight, and is easily portable. I'm a podcaster and I travel for shows often, this is an economical way to do it,

light weight

We purchased six of these to use with goosenecks & mics for saxes (which will be seated). The stands seem well made, but are a little too light weight for our purposes. They would probably be fine if you just needed to set a microphone on the top, without the gooseneck. We will most likely send ours back.
