Description

The Hybrid hard maple drum sticks from MEINL are designed for drummers playing in diverse bands and multiple situations with a wide range of musical styles and genres. The unique tip starts as an acorn shape, which is trimmed down to the classic barrel size for a hybrid design that produces a dark and smooth articulation on cymbals. Additional length and a long taper gives these sticks a quick response with greater rebound for fast chops and deep grooves.

    Definitely durable sticks. Used the Meinl Hybrid 5A Hard Maple for two, three hour shows, and I can still utilize them to play another. Really good feel in the hands and very well balanced. I bought several pairs of the exact sticks, and every pair feels exactly like the other. I play a variety of musical genres, but mainly rock.
