    I have used the Martin Retro Monel strings on a wide variety of my acoustic guitars, for years. They are excellent strings and on the proper guitar are sonic bliss. On the wrong guitar they're okay but that's how it goes sometimes. Sound great on my Martin 000, koa Dreadnought and on my Ibanez (older model) acoustic guitar. I'm trying to recall which guitars they didn't sound so great on. I can't remember, but I must have sold them.
