Martin Guitar Nazareth Factory Tour Part 1

Martin Guitar Nazareth Factory Tour Part 2

Martin Standard Series Acoustic Guitars

Description
This instrument blends traditional craftsmanship with contemporary upgrades for fingerstyle players and studio professionals. The smaller 000 body produces a balanced, articulate tone that records beautifully and performs with clarity. Made of solid spruce and rosewood, the 000-28 has the sought-after sound of vintage Martins. Plek'd frets and a modified low-oval neck provide a playing experience as luxurious as its tone.
Vintage Sound, Premium Features
The 000-28 is crafted with premium tonewoods, including a solid spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides. These materials give the guitar a rich, complex voice reminiscent of vintage Martins. Scalloped X-bracing optimizes the spruce top for articulate bass, sparkling treble, and singing sustain. Style 28 appointments like herringbone trim and abalone inlays grace the instrument with timeless elegance.
Playability for Professionals
While the 000-28 has an old-school vibe, its modern neck and frets make playing a dream. The modified low-oval neck has an ergonomic taper for effortless fretting. Its ebony fingerboard hosts 20 Plek'd frets with precision spacing and crowning. This computer-guided fretwork creates an even playing surface for bend-free solos and buzz-free chording across the neck.
The Perfect Studio Companion
With its balanced, detailed tone and ergonomic playability, the 000-28 is ideal for studio use. The smaller 000 body has focused overtones that won't overpower a mix, while solid woods provide enough warmth and depth to stand on their own. Crisp treble and tight bass give the guitar articulation and definition perfect for fingerpicking or light strumming. Easy playability allows for complex parts to be captured quickly and accurately.
A Legacy of Excellence
Martin has been crafting premium guitars since 1833. The 000-28 showcases everything the company has learned in nearly two centuries of innovation. From hand-selected woods to Plek'd frets, each detail of the 000-28 contributes to an instrument legacy professionals rely on.

Phenomenal sounding guitar

I tried all the high end guitars at my GC store- Martin, Gibson, Taylor and kept coming back to this 000-28. I'm not a big guy so the feel was much more comfortable than the HD-28. And the clarity and punch was much better than any other guitar. It's just a dream to play and listen to.

Humorously, I'm a fan of dreadnoughts and decided to try one of these. It's a finger-picking, comfortable small bodied guitar, that is worth having! Very easy to play and just great for many applications. I love it! Glad I got it! Martin's are pretty good! Thanks Martin!

1. For contextual purposes. I have owned 2 Taylor mini's (koa and mohagany). A Taylor Academy12, and a Taylor GT mohagany. I am an advanced beginner / intermediate. I love my Taylors, specifically the GT is a great guitar if your in that price point... This guitar is another level though. Yes, I know the price is also in another level as well. Let me just say, if you have played a Taylor GT another short scale (or smaller bodied guitar) this guitar is AMAZING. It is only slightly larger than a Taylor GT, but packs a lot of power (like 3x the power of a GT with very slight size increase). If you are comfortable on a GT, you will be comfortable with this guitar as well. 2. The craftsmanship on this guitar is incredible. Not a single flaw on the guitar at all. The neck is as smooth as butter. I cant feel the frets as I run my fingers down the neck (along the side). It is beautifulllllll! The fret work is perfect. The bracing is also absolutely beautiful. 3. The slightly increased body sized compared to my other guitars allows for booming bass and amazing mid range (please see my comparisons tho). For the slight size increase it makes for amazing tone. This is one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen. *The only thing I would say, if you are used to Taylor guitars, the neck is slightly thinner and at least the one I received... the action was a little higher than I was used to. If you are accustomed to Martins I assume you are used to this. I guess this is a review for people usually play Taylors. In any case this guitar is a comfortable couch guitar with everything you would expect at the price point* Happy playing.

I have 6 guitars. One of them is a Martin HD-28. I love it but it becomes uncomfortable after about 45 min. I needed something smaller but wanted the same tone woods and quality as my other Martin. It's a beauty. Great tone, light weight, comfortable & I can play it 4 hrs.

Good day. Could you confirm this is the new 2018 - reimagined - model? If it is I would like to buy this guitar at your virginia beach shop. Would it be possible to sent it over to VA for purchase?
This guitar is not the 2018 reimagined model. Sorry for the confusion.
