High-Powered, High-Definition Audio

The 3-way design and wide frequency range of 35Hz–20kHz produce tight low end, crisp highs and a natural midrange for balanced, full-range sound. Onboard DSP provides EQ, alignment delay control and crossover settings so you can optimize the speaker for any application or environment.

The 15 mm plywood construction and internal bracing of the cabinet, durable polymer grill and metal grille guard can withstand the rigors of the road while the built-in pole mount, fly points and recessed handles provide flexible mounting and handling options. Matched with next-generation protection circuitry for the transducers mean you can push the Mackie DRM315 to its limit without worry.
Intuitive Mixing and Connectivity
An onboard 4-channel mixer lets you blend multiple inputs and adjust levels with the turn of a knob. The XLR, 1/4" TRS and dedicated 1/8" stereo AUX accommodate a variety of signal sources while XLR loop-thru outputs enable you to connect additional powered speakers. With the DRM-315, high-impact sound is always at your fingertips.

The Mackie DRM series is pretty new to the market and so I wasn't really even aware of what these were until I caught a demo. I was seriously impressed with how these competed against the other major brands. The are very loud, they go very deep and just sound great. I like the 3 way models because of the extra articulation for vocals, acoustics guitars, etc. I picked these up after going back and listening and comparing a few times. Honestly, nothing else I listened to even really came close. I've used them a few times now on gigs nothing but big thumbs up. Seems like Mackie has a winner here!
