    This product name says it's 18" synthetic head. The features listed directly below says its goat skin. Then in details it says 10". I'm very confused what this listing is for. Is there a product number? I'm not sure I can trust the number listed on the video.

    I’m very sorry for the confusion.. The 18 and 20 are both available. The head is synthetic.
