The Larsen Il Cannone Direct and Focused cello string set offers a more powerful sound and projected focus with strong resonance. The strings are mutually compatible and fully interchangeable with any other Larsen Il Cannone string versions. The strings in the Direct and Focused set are available in medium tension and 4/4 size, with a ball end. The C and G have a steel rope core wound with precision tungsten flat wire; the D string has a solid steel core wound with stainless steel; and the A string has a solid steel core wound with a unique alloy.
