It Fits!

I got PAR46 cans w/out lamps -- they were a good deal. But trying to lamp them became a nightmare. I had no descr. of my cansۡ connectors (ctr.s) from the MFR, & no vendor selling lamps shows an image of their lampۡs ctr.s. So I got a pair of LL-200s provided if they didn't fit, I could send ۡem back. These ctr.s have a white ceramic block that looks like a narrow, oval, high sch. track, ̴_"W, 2.085"L, with the straight side of the oval (the non-radiused part) ~1.4"L; the block is ̴_" thick. Thereۡre 2 parallel blades 0.7" apart, 0.48" tall, 0.31"W, 0.03" thick. There; now others can assess whether these lamps are for them. I have some PAR 46s that use std. hardware-store screw in floods. LL-200s have a MUCH narrower beam, so even if they had the same brightness, theyۡd put maybe 5 more light on target. But theyۡre 33% more power to boot. This is much better light. Iۡll still use the crew-in floods to wash the stage, but with LL-200s I feel I finally have stage lights.
