I used this cajon for small venues, and it does the job. Good snare response and good sound projection; many times, I don't need to mic it up. Overall killer snare.

I bought this Cajon to play for small venues, and many times, there is no need to mic it up. It has a good snare response and a loud projection. Overall good for the price.

I don't see how to adjust the strings It claims to have: " Flamenco-style adjustable strings" Please tell me how to adjust the strings???
How to Adjust the Strings Locate the Adjustment Mechanism: The adjustable strings are typically accessed through the rear sound hole of the cajon. Inside, you'll find tuning screws or bolts connected to the strings. Use a Standard Drum Key: Insert a standard drum key into the tuning screws. lpmusic.com +5 guitarcenter.com +5 haworthguitars.com.au +5 Adjust Tension: Tighten: Turn the key clockwise to increase string tension. This results in a tighter, crisper snare sound with less sustain. Loosen: Turn the key counterclockwise to decrease tension, yielding a buzzier snare effect with more sustain. Test the Sound: After each adjustment, play the cajon to assess the change in sound. Repeat the process until you achieve the desired snare response. Please see: https://youtu.be/HlrmucmqGoQ
