This premium capo is the result of a collaboration between Kyser Musical Products and Fender Musical Instruments Corp. to create a line of classic-colored capos meticulously matched to iconic '50s and '60s Fender guitar shades. The butterscotch blonde capo is crafted to perfectly complement Fender guitars in the warm, golden butterscotch blonde finish that defined an era.

Precision ColorMatch Process

Kyser developed an innovative ColorMatch process to precisely recreate the butterscotch blonde and other classic Fender colors. Using state-of-the-art photospectrometry, Kyser customized and compared shades to vintage and modern Fender guitars. The result is a capo that looks like a seamless extension of a classic Fender guitar.

    I really think Kyser capos are the best, hands down. I really like the new fender colored ones. Even though I don't play fenders, I've really always liked their colors and finishes. Great capo!!!!!

    I have 4 Olympic White Fender guitars from different eras. As we all know they age differently because of the change in clear coat over the years. Somehow this capo manages to work with all of them. It certainly isn't fresh from the factory Olympic White, but it also isn't a yellowed cream. It's a good middle of the road. And the reality is, nobody's going to see your slightly mismatched capo while you're on stage and walk out of your show because it doesn't quite match your guitar.
