    My 1/4 jack broke and I went in for a replacement. I originally bought a PA, speakers and cables as a package. When I went in to replace the broken cable the (pro) audio guy denied they sell this product. The cable was great until the jack broke, the customer service at Guitar Center only exist during the sale.
