Jamstik Studio MIDI Guitar | Introduction & Overview
Description
The Jamstik Studio MIDI Electric Guitar Orange combines advanced hardware with powerful software to deliver an all-in-one MIDI guitar solution. With over 10 years of experience creating MIDI guitars, Jamstik has developed proprietary algorithms and signal processing technology to provide professional-level MIDI guitar performance in a portable package. As an electric guitar, the Studio MIDI boasts two humbuckers, a coil tap switch, a three-way pickup selector and a 1/4" output for traditional playing. For MIDI, choose between USB, 3.5 mm TRS and Bluetooth connectivity.
Precision Hex Pickup Captures Your Performance
At the heart of the Studio MIDI is Jamstik's precision Hex Pickup, which translates your playing into MIDI data with striking accuracy. The Hex Pickup is mounted directly to the guitar body for maximum sensitivity, allowing it to detect subtle movements, vibrato and expressive techniques. The result is a responsive MIDI guitar that feels like a natural extension of your hands.
Software Suite Provides Advanced Control
To unlock the full potential of the Studio MIDI, Jamstik includes their proprietary software suite. The Jamstik app provides real-time MIDI processing, customization of MIDI channels and control parameters, built-in drum beats and loops and the ability to record MIDI data. For DAW integration, the Jamstik DAW Plugin maps your MIDI guitar to software instruments for a seamless workflow. An embedded tuner keeps your Studio MIDI in tune, and the onboard metronome helps you practice with precision.
Roadworthy and Stage-Ready
Despite its advanced technology, the Studio MIDI is built to handle the rigors of the road or stage. Its headless design provides ideal balance and minimizes neck dive. Aircraft-grade aluminum components, like the durable yet lightweight neck, bridge and tuners, withstand the pressures of touring while keeping the guitar stable and in tune. The contoured body rests comfortably against your body whether sitting or standing. For portability, a protective gig bag is included to transport your Studio MIDI in style.

The Jamstik guitar's compact size is notable; it's ideal for younger players aged 10 and under, but not suitable for stage performances due to its small form factor. The instrument boasts a clean and well-crafted build, excelling in picking up MIDI notes accurately.

Can you use samples from your libraries.? Or, do you have to use their sounds?
This needs a little bit of discussion. This is a MIDI trigger. It triggers a synth. A synth is required. Please give us a call 855 770 3373submitted3 years ago

Can you explain the reason for the benzene warning on this product - where, why and how it's used and the chance of negative effects from exposure just playing the guitar? Thank you.
It's a California law.
