Couldn't be happier with this. My first new electric guitar purchase, I didn't have a big budget. I looked at and played many semi-hollow bodies in the store at every price point and none had the feel and sound of this.
Great guitar wonderful tone

Was looking for a good but low cost electric guitar. I am older and have played on and off for years. I have a great acoustic guitar but wanted an electric. Of course I opted to buy a Gibson Les Paul, but, it was out of stock and the factory was behind during the height of the Covid 19 outbreak. SO I ordered this guitar on advice from my son who is a serious musician. It is beautiful and sounds great.. Very easy to play even if you have meat hook hands like mine. I got this guitar and cancelled my Les Paul order. OF course I am buying a nice Les Paul and an American made Strat. I like the higher end stuff.. BUT, this guitar is more than good enough for anyone. I have owned it almost a year now
Sounds great, feels nice and love the look!

I purchased the TF (brown) version. I played other semi-hollows, I kept preferring the AS53 or AM53, AM73 Ibanez models. The Epiphones were very nice but preferred this one. Bought the "AM" version because it is a slightly smaller body and overall length but by no means a small jazz guitar. Just about right. Intonation was perfect out of the box. The bridge pickup was silly high, but that was easily adjusted. Nice job Ibanez.

What does this guitar weigh ?
All guitars vary depending on the density of the wood. Manufacturers usually only spec size and type of wood. Guitars are generally between 6 and 12 lbs. They can be more. The only way to know the weight of an individual instrument is to weigh it. This will be about 7.5 lbssubmitted4 years ago
