The Ibanez AEGB24E acoustic-electric bass features a slender, single-cutaway body that delivers powerful and balanced acoustic sound, whether unplugged or through an amp. It combines easy playability and intuitive electronics to create a quality, versatile workhorse. An Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp with onboard tuner provides sparkling tones in any setting. Made with a sapele top and body, nyatoh/maple neck and walnut fretboard, this acoustic-electric bass offers a full, warm tone with plenty of character. The AEQ-2T preamp is specifically-designed to adjust the bass and treble frequencies, and allows operation of the built-in tuner without the instrument being plugged in.
