Touring hard rock band and we have used Humes and Berg Enduro cases for years. We purchased the standard Enduro line (not the Enduro Pro) so they nest with our existing cases. Disappointed to discover there is absolutely NO foam or cushioning inside this case. It's literally a plastic box. I have several Enduro hard cases and they have foam. I was already irritated, but then I discovered that the rivets on the bottom dead center (strap rivets) sit higher in the case than the molding. That's right...the metal rivets dead center of the case are the HIGHEST contact point on the bottom of the case. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that resting my snare wires on top of two rivets isn't the best way to protect my vintage brass snare. Tried to call the company using the two phone numbers provided on the tag (3pm their time on a Tuesday) and they aren't answering their phone..No voicemail, no option to hold...just infinite ring. I'm all about supporting American companies, but I'm out. This is why the world talks trash about American manufacturing...because it's embarrassing.
