The Gretsch G5622T Electromatic Center Block Double-Cut with Bigsby is a revolutionary guitar that blends sonic power and visual flair. Its laminated maple body with chambered spruce center block pumps out full resonance and articulation. The G5622T's dual Black Top Broad'Tron™ humbucking pickups deliver punchy highs and a robust midrange perfect for any genre.

Bigsby® Tailpiece Enables Expressive Pitch Bending

The Gretsch G5622T features a Bigsby® B70 vibrato tailpiece that lets musicians perform smooth pitch bends to create emotive solos and adorn rhythms. Paired with an anchored Adjusto-Matic™ bridge and Graph Tech NuBone nut, the Bigsby® tailpiece keeps the G5622T in tune even after heavy use.

Versatile Control Layout Dials in Your Signature Tone

A master volume control with treble bleed circuit, separate volume knobs for the neck and bridge pickups, a master tone knob, and a three way pickup toggle switch equip the G5622T with a flexible range of tonal options. From bright and jangly to thick and crunchy, this Gretsch can produce any tone you desire.

Stunning Visuals Complement Powerful Performance

As alluring as it is sonically capable, the G5622T turns heads with its double cutaway maple body, gold plexi pickguard, and gold pickup bezels. Aged white binding accented by multi-ply purfling elegantly finishes off the body. The G5622T's nickel hardware provides an opulent touch.

Premium Components Built to Last

Die-cast sealed tuning machines, a Graph Tech NuBone nut, medium jumbo frets, and a gloss maple neck give the Gretsch G5622T a comfortable feel and rock solid construction. Expect this hardworking, hard-rocking semi-hollowbody to provide years of top tier tone and playability.

5622t purchase at Fairlawn ohio store rockef.

Went to one Guitar center store twice that sucked. No customer service.. Salesmen coulldnt even qualify as clerks!! Drove down to Fairlawn was treated like they were glad I was there. They set me up an amp gave me a chord and I started trying out guitars. I never owned a Gretsch., but decided on an orange 5622t. Guitar is awesome. I'm a Gibson and Guild man. My old guitars ( like me) are pretty rare and don't want to take them out on gigs This Gretsch plays and sounds like a million bucks. I brought it in today for some adjustments and John the manager took care of me right away. 5 stars for Fairlawn Ohio store. A big 0 for N. Olmsted store.

Ugh...China

Played this guitar for from a display on a few different amps. Its overall quality is good and plays pretty nice. But why the big ugly "Made in China" stamp on the back of the head? Why not hide it in the body. I may still get this but this is making it hard.

This guitar gives you that "Great Gretch Sound" (or very close to it) at an affordable price. The guitar fit and finish were perfect. The Bigsby is plus.

Always wanted a Gretsch because they're classic in my opinion. It plays remarkably well and has been one by go to guitar and I have several American Gibson and fenders. I just prefer this 5622t. My only advice upgrade the tuners.

  • Awesome tone and sustain with this guitar!

We gig and record regularly. This guitar has already proven itself to be very worthy of both. Great tone and sustain. Relatively light as my wife uses this guitar, and she is about 130lbs, 5'10'', and doesn't have any complaints about standing on stage with it for hours at a time. Awesome instrument for the money!

My fav playing my guitar while watching TV, or practicing my windmill arm moves in front of my full length mirror, yea like none of you have ever done the Townshend thing….. lol Purchased a new case (guitar doesn't come with a case). Purchased replacement Grover mini-locking tuners. The factory provided tuners do suck, can't keep the guitar in tune especially when using the Bigsby.
