great product for the money.

The 6600 series motorcycle seat is very comfortable,and is a great product,very sturdy,and well built,id recommend it to any one to add to your drum kit.Now i have to fight with wife ,as she uses it on her key board,may have to buy another,ha ha.Seriously,its a great product,and will enjoy to years to come,sitting on a seat like this makes me more happier,and comfortable to play on.thank you.

This throne slides down, doesn't lock in place.

The throne looks nice and is comfortable but doesn't lock in place and slips down over a short period of time. Can you imagine gigging and you slowly sit lower and lower and lower until your snare drum is sitting higher than your waist? That's what happens. I had to take the upper bar lock, slide it down and tighten it in place just to prevent his from happening but now the seat itself isn't locked in place. DONT buy this item.

    The throne is comfortable with good cushion. I weight 180 lbs, and the throne sinks after I sit on it for a while.

    Beware if you're a fat guy like me. The shaft doesn't lock so it slid to the bottom no matter what I tried. Then the seat cracked in less than 3 months. This throne sucks!
