    I purchased this device for live performance backing tracks because I read on page 7 of the manual under "features" that it plays .wav files from a FAT32 usb flash. This is untrue. The device does not recognize .wav files from a FAT32 usb flash drive. I worked with the support and engineering teams at Gemini Sound for a few weeks and they could not resolve this issue. Also, the left and right sides of the audio outputs are reversed from the input on the unit I purchased, so your recorded media in playback...the left side may be right and the right side may be left.

    Slightly complicated but I got it working and the recording quality is good I use it for sermons and music and it works very well for the price.

    Unfortunately, no. The speaker can be controlled but I would use the volume should be control on the unit
