    I balked at this stand when I first needed one and bought one that was just north of $100, big mistake. It worked, for the most part, it was flimsy and didn't secure the guitars/basses very well. I bit the bullet and got this bad boy and I am completely satisfied. It holds the guitars securely and is STOUT! Super solid. Which is something you want when you're holding 6 expensive fiddles!
