Really wanted to like this stand, great reviews, leveling leg, carrying bag and air lift assist. But quick to be disappointed that it can't lift my EV ETX 12p speaker which weighs 52 lbs. It needs a manual push up with one hand and closing of the clamp with another, not a deal breaker but when elevated at the highest point, the speaker looks leaning a bit and not straight. On the way down, a light push down is required and when it reaches the bottom, some juggling was required to align the teeth so that the clamp can close. If you have a relatively heavy speaker, don't buy this stand. This stand is designed for lighter speakers like the EV ELX 12p, the air assist works well with no problem. Finally, the pivot points of the shoulder strap on the bag are at the weirdest spots where the strap will get in the way of putting the stands in the bag. So manage your expectation and spend a bit more if you can for the Ultimate support instead.
Nice at first, but wearing out

We've used these week in and week out for over about a year and a half. They no longer hold the speakers up well. They sink down and lose pressure.

These speaker stands are amazing in every way. The customer service is incredible & I cannot recommend them enough. It's a lot for a pair of speaker stands but your get everything you pay for and more. If you appreciate quality these are the best speaker stands on the market backed up by a unheard of warranty for stands. The customer service is quick to correct any issue you have they don't make you send them back and be without your precious equipment. They send you brand new pair in the box ready for it to feel like Christmas again. My experience has been nothing but postive from the product to the service I recived from the manufacturer. I am a happy customer and I know you will be too...
