I bought this for my teenage son. We found out how difficult it is to transport his drum set for practice and to other gigs, school etc. We believe this will save many trips and loading his stands . We have not had the chance to use due to the virus break but I think it is a great investment!

This thing works great, but I wish they would make one for more heavy duty hauling. Weak axle and wheels weak stitching on the zippers...it's a great idea and I would be willing to pay a bit more for a more durable model...this is the third one of these I've owned and I love the convenience of it being upright, but they tend to wear out quickly.

I bought this bag over 5 years ago, and just wanted to leave a review because of how easy it's made my life gigging. Still rolls smoothly, still carries my heavy hardware easily, and it makes transporting hardware so much better. Only flaw is one of the side pockets has ripped open over time. But that should be as expected with use. I have probably played over 150 shows with this thing and it's holding up great. I highly suggest this!

Tell you what, if you have no use for hard cases this is the hardware bag to buy. I've been using mine for almost 3 years now and it is still saving my life. I pack (3) tama roadpros, heavy duty double tom stand, hi-hat stand, accessory clamps, stick bag, floor tom legs, and other small parts and this thing gets HEAVY!! All of that weight - 40 gigs per year for the last 3 years, and it's still going strong.

  • Must buy for any frequently gigging drummer.

I've pulled my hair out on more than one occasion trying to figure out a way to get my hardware safely to and from gigs without breaking my back, hurting my hands or straining my legs. I've tried making my own hardware transport system with a cooler and dolly, but it just didn't work out. This drum bag not only makes my life easier but keeps my hardware safe. I was skeptical to think that it'd fit 3 straight stands, a hihat stand, throne stand and 2 basket snare stands, my sticks, practice pad and all other tuning and access amenities, but Gator did a great job in proving me wrong. This case is awesome. I love how sturdy it feels and how it stands upright with a solid back and bottom, and has the option to load in from the front or from the top so you can load in/out without having to bend over. The two side pockets fit all my sticks, and rolling it around feels really smooth and light. I carry almost 100 lbs of heavy metal hardware in this thing and it feels like I'm strolling a baby around. The inline wheels glide seamlessly over rough terrain and the dolly feels very sturdy. The only issue I have is that the base near the wheels feels like it bends if you pack too much inside. I'd advise if you buy this thing please know going in that if you have a dozen stands and a bunch of other stuff, maybe consider buying a road case. But for someone who drums and plays local gigs and goes on tour frequently with a couple of stands for 2 crashes, a ride and pair of hihats, this works very well for me. It fits in the back of an SUV or van easily, but will probably take up an entire back seat of a regular sedan, because it's about 4 ft tall. As a backup plan you might need some extra screws and nuts in case one of the wheels pops off, but if you take care not to overpack it you should be fine. I recommend this to any drummer who gigs frequently and hates lugging his or her hardware around by hand. It's easily one of the best investments I've made case-wise.

I’m sorry, I don’t know. It could probably fit somewhere.

Are you able to load your hardware in from the top of the bag so you're not bending over all the time? That's what kills me after a gig.
