      In 20 years, I have never broken a set of stirrings while restringing a guitar. I usually buy more expensive strings, but this time i was a bit low. The boomers got great reviews and i figured I'd go for it. Unfortunately they didn't make it through the process. Whats funny is the high E broke while i was string the A string. It just snapped, or was not tuned or play. Just tightened into position. What a waste of money.

      I put em on my guitar moving up from their 10-52 sets and honestly the high e, g, and b strings feel great I love them, but the lower strings just feel way too slinky in comparison, especially the d and a strings where the gauge is much thinner than the low e. Although they are still ghs aka they still feel great to play and sound great and last a long time (at least for me) just the balance is of.
