    The tone of the guitar came alive. I put the pickguard in my 1998 Mim Strat. It sounded ok but I loved the neck so I kept it. This guitar is exactly how I wanted my guitar to be. The bass, the mids, super sweet bridge pickup. Choose what you like but you can't go wrong with this setup.
