Got the Aged Pearly White Fender OEM pickguard to replace my plain white one. I had some concern about PU holes matching since I am actually putting it on a Fender Fishman Tripleplay Strat, which is based on the Lone Star but has some extra holes for midi pickup and controller. But all the pre-existing holes lined up fine, and I only had to cut new holes for the additional fishman parts. Looks really great!

Returned due to change of plans. Bought an S.S.S. guard instead.
Not an Exact Fit

I love the look of the tortoise shell. Really stands out against the silver on the body. I'm not sure what the reasoning is, but this one didn't fit my lonestar exactly. My pickups have two screws on the left side. The pickguard only had one hole centered on each side. Required a little modification, but it looks great. Just make sure you check your guitar and compare to the pickguard to make sure you're getting an exact fit. (The pickguard for the fat strat will fit directly onto this particular design, but your color options are limited)

Don't order online if you really want what is being shown. Choose the white pearl and they ship a much darker color. Still looks nice but not what my son wanted.

Put this white pearl pickguard on my black strat and it gave the guitar great old school look..really changed it. We cut a DVD at last show we did and the guitar looked great. I feel like I have a brand new axe!

I've had two, count 'em TWO Lonestar Strats in the Alpine white - with those horrendous saddle-shoe brown pickguards. Each of them has gotten the Fender Genuine White Pearl Pickguards, and they transform the look of this guitar, or most strats of any finish, like nobody's business! Suggestion - go O.E.M. when it comes to pickguards...
