Solid bass, great for live performances but...

I gigged all summer with this bass and it really cuts through the mix and sits well in a band setting. It offers more PBass style tones than traditional Jazz tones but you can get it to sound more like a Jazz if thats your thing. The neck feels great in hand. But there are known QC issues with this bass mainly the pickup not in perfect allignment with the bridge. Mine had this issue and the E string just wasn't as loud as the other strings. I swapped the bridge for a Hipshot, shimmed the neck, set the string spacing and the problem was resolved. This is a cool bass it just needs work.
