Fender CP-60S Parlor Acoustic Guitar Sunburst

Description
The Fender CP-60S Parlor acoustic guitar is an ideal choice for fingerstyle players seeking an intimate yet bold tone. This petite parlor-size instrument features a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, which provide a robust sound with touch-sensitive dynamics. The CP-60S's smaller body ensures playing comfort, while its 24.75" scale length reduces tension for an easy-playing experience.
Solid Spruce Top Responds to Your Every Touch
The CP-60S parlor guitar's solid spruce top is carefully braced to maximize resonance and projection. Spruce is a premier tonewood prized for its ability to reflect the nuances of a player's touch. Strum boldly to elicit the CP-60S's chimey warmth or pick gently to uncover its subtle overtones—this versatile top reacts dynamically to suit your playing style.
Mahogany Body Provides Midrange Punch
The CP-60S parlor guitar's mahogany back and sides infuse its tone with mids-focused warmth and clarity. Mahogany's rich yet focused voice complements the spruce top beautifully, creating an instrument well-balanced for fingerpicking. The mahogany neck is carved into Fender's easy-to-play shape and topped with a walnut fingerboard, which provides a smooth playing feel with rolled edges.
Traditional Parlor Body Delivers Intimate Tone
The CP-60S parlor guitar revives the traditional parlor body style, which produces a distinctly warm and intimate tone. Its smaller body provides exceptional comfort and is ideal for guitarists with smaller frames or those seeking a more controlled sound. The CP-60S's parlor body shape and short 24.75" scale length also reduce string tension, making this an easy-playing, beginner-friendly instrument.
Premium Appointments Complete the Package
Premium touches abound on the CP-60S parlor guitar, including a pearloid rosette, chrome die-cast tuners and a high-gloss finish. Fender's Dura-Tone 80/20 bronze strings provide a warm, balanced tone and long-lasting playability.

I love this guitar!
People say a small guitar cannot have the deep, resonant sound of a dreadnought, but this little guitar can give any dreadnought a run for its money in the sound department. I own a dreadnought and love its sound, but this guitar nearly has it beat. I loved the sound from the moment I picked it up, and I play it almost every day, despite the fact that I have several other guitars vying for my attention.

I've previously owned the Taylor gs mini and the Martin lx1. That is by far a better guitar than both. The action is low and has just enough low end so it's not overly bright. Just go buy it now. Treat yo self!

This is a nice gitar. Most parlours go 12 frets to the body, this one goes 14. That's why I bought it. 9.5 radius with rolled fretboard thet call easy play. It's nice. I sed a heat gn to remove the cheap looking pickguard, and I get great respect in pblic. Yep, nice axe, full sond, easy play, lose that pick gaurd and you'll be very pappy.

The description for this guitar says 24.75". Is this in mm? What would this guitar be equivalent to in feet? I'm 5'6 so wondering if this is a good pairing.
No, that's a "scale" length. You don't play the lenght of a guitar, you play it's scale - nut to bridge. This is a good size for you.submitted2 years ago

The CP-60S is 40" long and the Road Runner Boulevard II Parlor Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag is only 38" long. Three answers say that that Road Runner gig bag is the right bag for this guitar, but it's too short! Which gig bag actually fits?
